Tesoro was purchased in 2009 by West Coast Investors from Wellington Florida. Tesoro had a very uncertain future before the purchase. However both courses are now fully maintained, membership has risen and home sales are rising.   

The 1,400 acre development and community features the ultimate in luxury homes. In 2006/2007 home sites were being purchased between $400,000 and $700,000 a few sites sold into the millions. Now the homes on offer as short sales and bank foreclosures are being offered for less than the original purchase of the site.   

Tesoro sales have continued to rise over the last months with builders now starting construction on some new models. Most buyers are taking advantage of the amazing savings on short sale and bank foreclosures with prices starting at just over $300,000 for homes that were selling for a million dollar price tag a few years ago

Memberships are now available with no initiation fee with full rights to play at Palm Beach Polo Club and also Martin Downs.  

There are no assessments at present for members. Family and single memberships are available.  

All home owners must join as a social member.   

Golf memberships are $10,500 with a cart fee of $25.  

Social memberships at Tesoro are $6500 a year with a golf rate of $60 per round.  

 There are at present no assessments for social memberships at Tesoro
