We contacted Ken Duncan realtor regarding an equestrian property in South Florida. As we are from Switzerland we figured this to be an extremly difficult transaction to complete. Though we have not yet proceded with the purchase Ken is still supplying us with properties and hopefully in the not to distant future we will go ahead with our purchase. We had a great stay at your vacation rental in City Place.We were really unsure about staying there as there were quite a few cheaper condos available in other areas but everything you said was true.
Staying at City Place was like staying at a resort, everything we could have possibly wanted was right on our door step. To bad Disney could not build a park in the area and then a vacation rental in City Place would be heaven.
