I have a few questions regarding acting as an agent for your developments in Europe.

Is there a membership at any golf club with the Aberlady fractions? I know Craigielaw, Gullane and Muirfield are next to the homes as my husband and I have played all 3 courses while staying in East Lothian Scotland.

Is there a membership at The Renaissance Club being sold with the houses?

Are you doing fractional ownership at the Renaissance Club homes?

How many apartments have been sold at Buriano, Tuscany Italy?

How will you pay your commission to American and Canadian based realtors selling your properties in Scotland and Tuscany?

What is the rate of commission being paid on The Renaissance Club homes, the Aberlady fractional homes and Buriano Italy apartments.

Are the fractional ownership golf course homes all 5 bedroom?

Have the luxury golf course homes at The Renaissance Club in Scotland got pools or hot tubs?

Do you have any luxury fractional ownership homes in South Florida? Do you have any fractional ownership golf course homes in South Florida?

Would you allow a interested buyer a short stay at The Renaissance Club luxury golf course homes.

Is there any golf courses at the development in Buriano?

Do you have any plans to build or buy a luxury fractional ownership home on the water in South Florida?

You have mentioned on your web site a brief statement regarding apartments/flats available on the fairways of St Andrews Scotland.

Are these units overlooking the 18th green of St Andrews?

If you indeed are able to offer homes overlooking the 18th green at St Andrews these will be extremely popular and wont last long.

Will you be offering fractional ownership homes in St Andrews Scotland.

I would imagine these homes/apartments will be very up market and quite luxurious homes in St Andrews Scotland do you have a price on the homes yet?
