He researched every detail and amenity, from the size of the lots, to the ratio of green space to golf course, to the square footage of living space for each type of home in the community. Working closely with John on the Harbor Ridge project is his wife Sherri Heasley. Are there monthly association dues?

Yes, there are monthly dues which range from $95 to $124.

What is included in the monthly dues?

The monthly dues include lawncare, snowplowing, insurance on common areas, reserve for replacement of exterior components.

Do the fees include a membership in the golf course?

No, the golf course is a public course. Any membership to the public course would be paid separately.

When will the front nine holes of the course be completed?

The front nine is completed and ready for play.

When will the clubhouse be completed?
